How to Book Accommodation

Only delegates who have registered for the APVRS 2017 Congress and settled their registration fees can reserve hotel rooms through the Congress system. Depending on the hotel’s policy, credit card details may be needed to secure the booking.

 

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Amendments must be made directly with the hotels and are subject to availability. Depending on the hotel’s policy, changes made after November 1, 2017 may incur amendment fees.

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation or shortening of stay must be made to the hotels by October 31, 2017. Any requests made after that date or no shows are subject to a 100% cancellation charge of the entire stay.

 

Early/Late Arrival

Most hotels will allow you to check in from 2 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If you wish to secure early check-in, additional charges will apply.
